This unique approach where yoga and meditation is combined allows healing in a new way.

In our first class we will bring healing energy to our bones, our blood flow, our legs, the feet, our colon, the sacrum and the lower spine; we will increase our energy level, and the feeling of being safe in our body and being grounded - all related to the first chakra.
