Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, dear friends,
I have been on vacation, on a Greek island, and enjoyed the sun, the friendly Greeks and the good food: it was wonderful! Best of all was swimming in the sea. It felt so good to do ‘exercise’ like this every day.
And once again I realized, that I don’t do enough physical exercise that is fun at the same time when I am at home. Ok, you might say, there is no sea at home. You are right. Fortunately there are a lot of fun ways to exercise, because it is important to move your body in order to get the energy moving.
It doesn't matter if you swim, run, play tennis or golf as long as you do it regularly and respect the limits of your body.
I like dancing, walking, hiking and yoga. You do not need to go to a club to dance, you can do it at home; just for yourself with the music you love. Dance for 15 minutes per day and I guarantee that you will be in a good mood afterwards.
