Meditation brings about

  • Well-being,
  • Spiritual healing - a sense of deep connection to life, compassion, and peace of mind - and, in many cases,
  • Needed physical healing.

I recommend to meditating for 30 minutes a day. For me it works best in the morning.

If you don't know how to meditate, have a look on YouTube to see what kind of meditation you like best. Start with 5 minutes a day and slowly increase your meditation time.
