Meditation brings about

  • spiritual healing - a sense of deep connection to life, compassion, and peace of mind - and, in many cases,
  • needed physical healing.

Did you know that people who meditate everyday are many times happier than those who don't?


I recommend to meditating for 30 minutes a day. For me it works best in the morning.
