Do you drink enough water?

Lack of water in the body tends to give rise to water dehydration, thereby posing hurdles for the blood to circulate. The gravity of the problem increases, as it causes the brain to become less active and your body feels tired and fatigued.

Water is very important

You need water to be a healthy human being. Your body is estimated to be about 70 percent water. Blood is mostly water, and your muscles, lungs, and brain all contain a lot of water.

When you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of water and be sure you have water handy when you are working, travelling, or exercising.
