Recipe

1 Glass warm or hot water
1 T Organic Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
1 T Raw Organic Honey
1 T or half of Lemon Juiced
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric


Apple Cider Vinegar - apple cider is loaded with benefits: It amps up fat burning and is great for colds, immune system, indigestion, diabetes and high cholesterol

Honey - Rich in anti oxidants, fights premature aging, type 2 diabetes, improves heart health, stabilizes blood sugar, cough suppressant

Lemon - Liver cleanse, aids weight loss, reduces your risk of heart disease, anemia, kidney stones, digestive issues, and cancer

Cinnamon - Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, antimicrobial, anti parasitic, lipid lowering, supports blood sugar control, protects against heart disease, and reduces inflammation

Ginger - Increases serotonin and dopamine levels which helps maintain mental health and improve digestion and sleep. Reduces inflammation, which may cause depression, anxiety, dementia, Alzheimer's disease and post-traumatic stress disorder. Eases stomach pains, nausea and motion sickness.
